While there are several resources for accompaniment, such as NRVC’s Hearts Ablaze Booklet for Busy People, this particular resource, God’s Endless Call, is designed for vocation discernment. On average, the majority of discerners take one to two years to make a mutual decision on next steps to either apply for admission or seek other vocations. This journal is designed with 15 topics to explore together with the expectation of meeting every four to six weeks. Choose a topic and dedicate time to praying before meeting by reading the suggested scripture, reflecting on the quotes, listening to two short videos, responding by writing in a journal using the questions, and pondering additional questions. There are many choices so you can move at your pace to either stay with a topic over two meetings or move onto the next topic.
