At our recent Board meeting, the National Board expressed heartfelt gratitude to Sister Gail Trippett, C.S.J., who was elected to congregational leadership and will complete her three-year term of Board leadership at the September Board meeting. She has served on the Development Committee, including as Chair, and as a Board representative to the NFCRV Board. We are deeply grateful for her steady leadership, generous service, and remarkable dedication in bringing NRVC’s vision to life and advancing our mission.

The NRVC Board selected one new member, Sister Beth Dempsey, R.S.M., to begin a 3-year term of service at the autumn Board meeting in Chicago, September 20-24, 2026. Sister Beth resides in Neptune, New Jersey, and is part of the Delaware Valley Member Area.

With gratitude for their continued commitment and generous service, the following Board members will begin their second term of service from 2026-2029: Brother Joseph Bach, OFM Conv., Friar Mario Serrano, OFM. Conv., and Brother Edward Shields, F.S.C. The additional National Board members include Sister Donna Del Santo, S.S.J., Sister Carolyn Martin, lsp, Sister Eileen McCann, C.S.J., Sister Jill Reuber, O.S.B., Brother John Skrodinsky, S.T., and Sister Corrina Thomas, F.S.P.A.

Many thanks for your years of dedicated service on the NRVC Board, Sr. Gail. It's been a pleasure working closely with you on the Development Committee, and I wish you the very best in all of your future plans and endeavors. Welcome aboard, Sr. Beth! And thank you for your generous response to the call to serve the NRVC and her members in this important capacity.
