Convocation Countdown: reserve your hotel room by October 18!

While you still have plenty of time to register for Convocation, please make your hotel reservations by October 18 to receive the discounted rate and help ensure the NRVC meets its contracted hotel block of rooms.

Please make your reservations through Nix, our conference management service, rather than through third parties or directly with the hotel. Although you may find lower rates elsewhere, reservations made through Nix help keep the overall conference costs, including audio-visual, food and beverage, and room rental fees, more affordable for all attendees.

The NRVC has contracted a block of rooms for three days before and three days after Convocation (per room availability) for a reduced rate of $149 per night plus 12.5% tax. Hotel check-in is after 3:00 p.m., and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. There’s a wonderful Olympic-size tropical outdoor swimming pool. Rooms have a mini-refrigerator, laptop safe, hair dryer, iron, coffee/tea maker, and Wi-Fi in rooms.

NRVC members are encouraged to bring a guest! The additional $325 non-member registration fee will be reimbursed in your 2027 membership renewal.

Register for Convocation today! If you are already registered, invite someone to join us!

We look forward to seeing you!
