This is your invitation to invest in your vocation, nourish your soul, and return home strengthened and renewed.

Convocation isn’t meant to exhaust you or become another item on your calendar. When vocation ministers gather, ideas are sparked, relationships deepen, and we become bearers of hope across generations and cultures, keeping the dream of religious life alive. Join those who understand the joys and challenges of vocation ministry for prayer and liturgy, shared learning, meaningful conversation, and practical support.

If you’ve ever returned from Convocation inspired, only to be swept back into a relentless schedule, consider lingering a little longer. On Monday morning, November 23, from 8:15 to 11 a.m., NRVC Member Area Coordinator Sister Caryn Crook, OSF, will facilitate a free, three-hour, tech-free reflection to help you return home ready for Advent.

You can also come early or stay later. The NRVC has reserved a block of hotel rooms for three days before and three days after Convocation at a reduced rate of $149 per night plus 12.5% tax, subject to availability, giving you time to rest, reconnect, and return renewed. Hotel reservations at the NRVC’s discounted rate must be made by October 18, 2026.

While other booking options may sometimes offer lower rates, reserving through Nix conference management helps the NRVC keep the overall cost of Convocation affordable. Please note that hotel reservations and conference registration are separate. Reserve your hotel room and register for Convocation today!
