When vocation ministers gather, ideas are sparked, relationships deepen, and we become bearers of hope across generations and cultures, keeping the dream of religious life alive. If you’ve ever returned from Convocation inspired, only to be swept back into a relentless schedule, consider lingering a little longer. On Monday morning, November 23, from 8:15 to 11 a.m., NRVC Member Area Coordinator Sister Caryn Crook, OSF, will facilitate a free, three-hour, tech-free reflection to help you return home ready for Advent.

You can also come early or stay later. The NRVC has reserved a block of hotel rooms for three days before and three days after Convocation, subject to availability, giving you time to rest, reconnect, and return renewed.

The NRVC has contracted a block of rooms for three days before and three days after Convocation, subject to availability, at a reduced rate of $149 per night plus 12.5% tax. Hotel reservations at the NRVC’s discounted rate must be made by October 18, 2026.
