The Behavioral Assessment 1 (BA1) workshop is a core component of the NRVC Curriculum. It focuses on evaluating candidates for admission, but the approach can also be applied at other stages of formation. The workshop addresses topics such as family background, education, work history, psychosexual history, relationship skills, faith history, Catholic practice, and other areas important to a full vocation assessment.
